Best practices in self-development and the applications of Positive Psychology for stronger leadership. Presented by Keith Anderson and Dale Botting  (Global Alliance for Professional Leadership Development).Topics include Hope and Resilience   12 week program 

 

Leadership and Mental Health

Keith Anderson and Dale Botting discuss leadership and the need to have mental health in the discussion in a 2 hour workshop. 

 

Hope Healing Health Happiness

Keith Anderson, Cat Davis, Hannah-Grace Morgan, Faith Mackey, Amber Chinn, and Ryan Gould  share their healing journeys with a focus on the 4Hs. Each provides their own road map to a healthier life   One hour session

 

Stigma/ Discrimination 

Keith Anderson, Cat Davis, Hannah-Grace Morgan, Faith Mackey, Amber Chinn, and Ryan Gould  discuss the  impact stigma / discrimination played in their healing  journey, on both a personal and professional level. With their own unique tools, they worked through such negativity to  now strive in their lives. One hour
